Seafood Curry and Sambal Paste

They both cost over rm5 in August 2022.
Sambal tumis therefore costs double that of the curry.
I do not like Sambal Tumis because it is too sweet.
The curry tastes like the Malay curry, not the Indian seafood curry.

Both are palatable, no ajinomoto and little preservative. These instant pastes allow us to eat local delicacies anywhere and very simple. The curry needs coconut milk. They can match the Tom Yam paste but Tom Yam paste has too much Ajinomoto.
