Greatland 6-person Dome Tent

I lost all frame poles. I managed to get a 4.9m(57.3 x7 +58mm) 8mm thick frame polesand they appear to match the original dimension. The awnings cause problems because I measured them on the ground to be 2.11 m(83 in) x 2.09m (82.5in) and specified to be 9.5mm thick. On the tent, the flysheet dimensions are 208cm x 204cm.

The best solution is just to use 2m tent poles. Its length is actually 2.01m but still 10cm shorter. However, we can just fold the awning sheet and tie to the pole. At least can can have dial purpose poles. I had built half inch pvc pipes with 4-way jpint at the centre but too large. Even better is to just use strings and hook. Lighter and stronger.

Folding
Join the the shorter edges first when folding, so that it is the longest edges that are folded twice. You roll along the shorter edges. If you get the edge wrong, your roll will be shorter than the case but too thick to get inside.
The flysheet should not matter but getting the longer length when rolled, will ensure that the rolled flysheet is thinner when rolled inside the main tent.
The tent below does not any awning pole.

Tent using 8mm frame poles instead of 8.5mm original.
